MedCom operates from three locations: our home office in Levittown, PA, our Keystone office in Allentown, PA, and our Business Connect office, located in New Holland, PA. Over the years, MedCom has achieved several industry milestones. In 2001, MedCom helped develop and beta test the Agent, Dispatcher, Supervisor, and Site Certification programs through the Startel National Users Group (SNUG). These programs have been adopted by the Association of TeleServices International (ATSI) which oversees the entire tele-messaging industry. MedCom was the first service to become 24/7 Gold Level Site Certified. MedCom was the first site to complete Agent, Dispatcher, Supervisor, and Site Certification programs in the TAS industry. Our Keystone and Business Connect offices are also Site Certified. In addition, MedCom is a member of Agility Disaster Recovery Services. This is a business continuity program which provides facility and service restoration within 48 to 72 hours of a disaster declaration. MedCom is one of only four services across the United States to have won the coveted ATSI Award of Excellence for eleven consecutive years. In 2008, MedCom achieved a TOP TEN score in the program, and there were 135 participants. In 2007, MedCom earned the TOP SCORE in the program out of a field of 130 sites. In 2006, Keystone Answering Service was nominated a “Top Five” winner of the ATSI Award of Excellence. Keystone now has three consecutive Award of Excellence wins. In September of 2008, all three offices won the CAM-X Award of Excellence. These distinctions and awards are indicative of the company’s commitment to providing excellent service levels. They are possible due to the dedication and hard work of our staff. In addition, MedCom is the only Startel CMC site in the U.S. that has a fully redundant CMC system on standby. We are also using innovative off-site data vault and restoration services from U.S. LEC to protect our client database. MedCom is fully equipped with 25kw of UPS battery backups and a standby 35kw Generac Generator to provide emergency power on a continuous basis. MedCom is selective in its hiring, but is known in the Telephone Answering Service (TAS) Industry, for retaining excellent talent, compensating well, and offering excellent benefits to our valued staff. |

MedCom Professional Services, Inc., is a tele-messaging service based in Levittown, PA. MedCom has been in continuous operation since June 21, 1987. MedCom has forty-five employees. The company President and founder is Christopher R. Bell. Thomas H. Sheridan is the Executive Vice President. Denise Batchelder is the Office Manager. Kelly Goodwin is the General Manager. Peter Brousseau is the Manager of Special Projects. MedCom has established a reputation for being among the very best in the teleservices industry.
